1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Domicilia Coworking Space and its clients for domiciliation services and the rental of workspaces.
2. Services Offered
Domicilia offers the following services:
- Legal and postal business domiciliation
- Rental of equipped offices and coworking spaces
- Meeting room rental
- Secretarial services and mail management
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are exclusive of tax. Payment is due upon signing the contract or booking the space.
4. Duration and Termination
For domiciliation, the contract is concluded for a fixed term, renewable by tacit agreement. Termination must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, respecting the contractual notice period.
5. Liability
Domicilia undertakes to provide its services with due care but cannot be held liable for service interruptions beyond its control.
