Frequently Asked Questions

How long does company formation take?

Generally, the process takes between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the speed of the administrations (OMPIC, Trade Register, etc.). We handle all follow-ups to speed up the file.

What documents are required?

Initially, a simple copy of your national ID (or passport for foreigners) and a business name idea are enough. We will then guide you on additional documents depending on your activity.

What documents do I need to register my company?

At minimum: copy of partners' national ID card or passport, proof of registered address, intended company name, business object, capital amount, and share allocation between partners. We validate your file before filing with OMPIC and the Trade Register.

Can you help a foreign company set up in Morocco?

Yes. We regularly assist foreign-capital SARL or SAS companies, subsidiaries, and companies with no resident partner. We handle file preparation, document translation, OMPIC certificate, DGI and CNSS registration, and your registered address in Meknes.
