Company domiciliation is a contract under which a business sets its registered office at the address of a domiciliation centre, without renting or buying premises. In Morocco it is governed by law no. 89-17, promulgated by dahir no. 1-18-110 of 9 January 2019, which brought domiciliation into the Commercial Code (articles 544-1 onwards). The contract is concluded for a fixed, renewable term (art. 544-2). The domiciliation provider must keep its clients' identification documents for at least five years after the contract ends (art. 544-4).
